Jackie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis, including more than 6 years practicing as a BCBA. She provides services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other developmental differences, as well as individuals experiencing behavioral and social-emotional challenges.
Jackie’s interest in Applied Behavior Analysis began during her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Florida International University. She was drawn to a field that could create meaningful change and support individuals with a wide range of needs. In 2016, she began working as a Behavior Therapist with children on the autism spectrum, as well as children with ADHD and other developmental or behavioral challenges. She quickly became passionate about the impact of early intervention and parent coaching. This experience led her to pursue a Master of Science in Counseling, with a concentration in Advanced Behavior Analysis, at Nova Southeastern University. Shortly after graduating, she passed her board exam and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Jackie’s approach is individualized and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in understanding each person’s unique strengths, needs, interests, and goals. She believes meaningful progress happens through collaboration, not only with the individual, but with the people who support them every day. She works closely with families to develop individualized treatment goals, monitor progress, and coach caregivers on practical, effective strategies that can be incorporated across home, school, and community settings.
Jackie also supports families in navigating school-based services, including participating in IEP and school support team meetings and providing direct coaching to teachers. By collaborating across environments, she helps create consistency and supports the generalization of skills beyond the therapy setting and into the everyday situations that matter most.
Her motivation is helping individuals build meaningful skills, grow their independence, and thrive in the environments that matter most to them. She finds joy in witnessing that progress, and the happiness it brings to her clients and the people who love them.
